Fat Reduction with Injection Lipolysis

Injection Lipolysis is the injection of Deoxycholic Acid solution, which melts away unwanted local fat deposits and simultaneously stimulates Collagen & Elastin production and blood circulation, thus improves cellulite and sagging.

Common areas treated are jowls, double chin, over abdomen/stomach, waist, upper arms, thighs. Injection Lipolysis is a great alternative to more invasive liposuction, with much reduced risk, to treat fat deposits such as double chin, love handles, outer thighs, around the knee, inner upper arms, etc. The injections destroy fat cells and release the fat, which is then eliminated naturally in the urine.

The injected area usually develops mild swelling and feels firmer, which is due to normal body's reaction, is normal and gradually disappears. Full Effect is assessed after 4 weeks. It may require repeat treatments to obtain optimal results. The number of sessions needed depends on the initial size of the fat deposits.

The treatment, which lasts approximately 30-60 minutes. Anesthetic, Xylocaine is used during the treatment, which makes the treatment painless.

Aftercare:

• After the procedure: Usually pain is not seen. If there is mild pain or discomfort local cold packs, paracetamol tablet are recommended as needed for pain.

• Massage in the direction of lymphatic drainage helps to reduce swelling and discomfort faster.

• No swimming for 24 hours after the treatment and no restrictions on other activities. It is recommended to combine exercise with a healthy diet to maintain results.

• Drink enough water every day.

• You can use non-prescription ointment Thrombophob Ointment(available in all pharmacies) over bruises.
